Deciding you’re ready to find a therapist is a huge step towards growth and healing, and I would be honoured to be alongside you in this process. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with an environment where you can grow and heal while feeling heard, supported, and safe. I hope to cultivate the proper conditions for you to fully explore your experiences and help you navigate difficulties in your life that may be holding you back.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients with diverse concerns, mainly rooted in past traumas, attachment ruptures and relationship concerns. My experience ranges from supporting those with anxiety and depression, emotional and behavioural concerns, life transitions, substance use, psychedelic integration, violence towards women, various forms of complex trauma, childhood trauma and abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries (PTSD/I).

My education and foundations are rooted in evidence-based mind-body approaches that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For Couples Work I am trained in the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Gottman Therapy, EFT and Imago. I prioritize my continued education so that I’m able to adapt the way I work to my client's needs. I have a golden retriever puppy, Lassie, who sometimes joins for sessions.

My current availability is Monday evenings and Tuesday and Thursday daytime at Main Street. My rates (before GST) for individual sessions are $180 per 50 min session and $275 for 80 min sessions. For couples therapy, my rates are $220 per 50 min session and $330 for 80 min sessions. I am currently seeing clients online and in person. Please get in touch directly for a consultation and waitlist spots!
